Plain HTML
Paste the snippet right after the opening of your header or right before the footer, outside any narrow column, so the tape spans the full width. It reserves a fixed height of 72 pixels, so the layout below does not jump when it loads.
The ticker tape widget is a single scrolling line of live prices for a site header or footer. Each item shows a symbol, its last price and the daily change in green or red, and the strip keeps moving without taking more than one row of height. It fits news portals, trading blogs and broker sites that want market context on every page.
Paste it into your HTML where the widget should appear.
A ticker tape widget is the strip of scrolling prices you see across the top of trading and finance sites. This one runs on live data and takes a single line of HTML: choose the instruments, set the theme and accent to match your header, and paste the snippet wherever the strip belongs.
The tape scrolls in a continuous loop inside its own frame, so it never inherits or leaks CSS. Each item shows the last price and the daily change, colored up or down, and the strip adapts to the width of its container down to narrow phone screens.
Mix asset classes freely: a crypto price widget on one site, a stocks and indices tape on another, or all seven categories at once. Exchange-traded instruments on the free tier are delayed 15 minutes and labeled as such; crypto, forex and metals update in real time.
A free ticker tape can show up to 30 instruments, mixed across crypto, stocks, forex, metals, commodities, indices and bonds. Seven to fifteen symbols usually read best: the tape repeats them in a loop, and prices refresh about every 15 seconds.
Stock and index prices in the free ticker tape are delayed by 15 minutes, and the tape shows a "Delayed 15 min" label, or "Stocks delayed 15 min" when you mix markets. Crypto, forex and metals in the same strip stay real time. Pro removes the delay for every asset class.
A ticker tape in the header does not change how search engines read your pages: it loads in an iframe that is not counted as page content, and the frame has a fixed height, so it does not shift the layout. On Pro the tape is native and shares one data connection with the other widgets on the page.
The by FinaQuotes line comes off only on Pro. On Free it travels with the tape and has to stay visible; Pro renders the tape white-label, in your fonts and colors.
The free widget is the shared build. On a paid plan the same data arrives without the 15-minute delay and without our attribution line, rendered natively in your own components and palette. We fit it to your design and install it for you.
